Layaway Installment Plan

Layaway Program for Mothers/Parents

Mother Material PH provides a convenient way to provide the best for your child by giving you flexible payment options. All items for mother and child are included in the Layaway program.

Buyers needs to purchase a minimum amount of P10,000.00 to qualify for the Layaway program. Any amount lesser than that will not be eligible for the program.

Seller shall not charge the customer any interest charges, membership fee or service fee on any Layaway sales transaction. Mother Material PH will charge a fixed price admin fee of Php500.00, which is a one time charge of the total order value at checkout. This is because a staff needs to maintain your record and ensure everything is properly documented. The buyer will pay this amount at checkout at time of paying the down payment. This fee is an admin fee and is therefore not refundable.

Example: Date of purchase is January 1, 2020. Total purchase is P10,000.00

Downpayment to be made on Jan 1 is 25% of the total bill which is computed as follows:

Php 10,000.00 x 25% = Php 2,500.00 + admin fee Php500.00 = Php 3,000.00 [ total amt for initial deposit]

Total Amount left for instalment= Php 7,500.00.

Payment every salary cut-off (5th and 20th)= Php7,500 / 5 cut-offs = Php1,500/cut off

Once full payment is made, please allow us to process your delivery in 3-5 working days.

PAYMENT TERMS

Layaway payments must be made through bank transfer (i.e. over-the-counter deposit, online banking, phone banking).

For regular items, payment terms are as follows:

  • For purchases worth P10,000.00 - Php 25,000.00, initial deposit of 25% of the total amount of the purchase, including the shipping fee, is required before the agreement ensues.
  • For purchases worth P25,001.00 - Php 50,000.00, initial deposit of 20% of the total amount of the purchase, including the shipping fee, is required before the agreement ensues.
  • For purchases worth P50,001.00 - above, initial deposit of 20% of the total amount of the purchase, including the shipping fee, is required before the agreement ensues.

For promo or on sale items, they are excluded in the layaway agreement.

The layaway program may not be availed together with other promotions (e.g. gift certificate).

A billing cycle refers to each month in the agreed payment plan timeframe.

You may pay all or part of your outstanding balance at any time. You must pay at least the minimum monthly payment due by the end of each month. Any payments exceeding the minimum monthly payment may be applied towards the subsequent month’s outstanding balance.

If the item(s) purchased under the layaway agreement will not be paid within the allotted period of time, a grace period of five (5) days will be given. If the customer fails to settle the balance within the grace period, all partial payments will not be refundable and contract is automatically forfeited.

 

Steps for Layaway request:

1. Requirements for submission to avail of Mother Material PH Layaway program:

  • Please download the file Layaway Agreement found on our website. Send us a scanned copy of the signed agreement with all fields completely filled up. If one field is missing, we will not process your request.

  • Scanned 2 government issued ID
  • Scanned copy of the initial deposit + admin fee of Php500.00

Format of sending the documents:

                          Subject of the email: LR [Customer Last Name][Order # _______]

If your last name is Jose Rizal, and you have paid the initial deposit then the subject of the email for your proof of payment will be in this format

                                                  Example: LR Rizal Order #12345

Once complete, please send the following documents to acctg.mothermaterialph@gmail.com

2. Please wait for the confirmation email if request has been successful and if all details received are complete.

3. Once you receive a confirmation email, the layaway payment schedule shall apply and you need to pay as scheduled.

Proof of Payment requirements:

Subject of the email: [LPoP] [Customer Last Name] [Order # _______] [ how many months/total payment has been made]

If your last name is Jose Rizal, and you have paid the initial deposit then the subject of the email for your proof of payment will be in this format

                                           Example: LPoP Rizal Order #12345 1/6 

If your last name is Jose Rizal, and you have paid the 2nd instalment out of 6 then the subject of the email for your proof of payment will be in this format

If your last name is Jose Rizal, and you have paid the 3rd instalment out of 6 then the subject of the email for your proof of payment will be in this format

All proof of payment every cut-off should be sent to acctg.mothermaterialph@gmail.com and  latest 6:00pm every 5th and 20th of the month.
